We have been receiving emails and calls from concerned readers regarding the
packaging of their purchase and how will the books be sent (All books will
be sent by postage!). In view of this, we will be bringing you through a
fully detailed procedure of how the packaging is done. Every book is handled
with care and we do our best to ensure that our customers receive the books
in their best conditions!
Upon receiving payment from our customers, we will check to ensure that
the book(s) that we are going to send out is the exact same order that our
customers made. We will ensure that the each book does not have any torn
pages or other defects.
Next, we will be issuing an invoice that will be sent together with the
book(s).
Stamps will be pasted and address will be written on the envelope before
placing books inside. We do not write the address on the envelope with the
book(s) inside. This is to ensure that there will be no pen markings printed on the book cover in the process of writing the address.
Before placing the book(s) into the envelope, we will wrap the book(s)
in a clear plastic cover for protection.
For those customers who have also purchase book cover jackets, it will
also be wrapped in a clear plastic as double protection.
Together with the invoice, the wrapped book will be placed into an
envelope with care.
Now we are left with the final step! You may think that after sealing
the envelope, we are done with our job. However, that is not the case! We
will do another extra step of precaution! To ensure that the book(s) is
safely sealed in the envelope, we will tape the corners of the envelope to make
the envelope more secure!
Your purchase is now ready to be sent to you! Within 8 working days it will
be lying in your letterbox!
