What is the Goody Books Online Store all about?
The Goody Books Online Store sells books published by Goody Books. This Malaysia Goody Books Online Store is chartered only for people residing in Malaysia.
For our customers’ needs, we currently offer three payment modes: Cash /
Cheque, Bank
Transfer and
Credit Card / Debit Card.
Customers can also choose to collect the books from our office at Subang Jaya,
Selangor.
What currency are the prices in?
For payment via Cash / Cheque or Bank Transfer, the currency are in RM. For payment via Credit Card /
Debit Card, the currency are in USD.
How much is the shipping fee?
For payment via Cash / Cheque or Bank Transfer, the first book is at RM 6.00 and subsequent book on the same order at
RM 3.00 each.
For payment via Credit Card / Debit Card, the first book is at USD 2.00 and
subsequent book on the same order at USD 1.00 each.
There will be no delivery fee for direct purchase from our office.
Due to the high shipping fee, it is advisable for customers to purchase more
than one book.
Are the books available in bookstores?
Goody Books are currently not consigned to bookstores in order for the price to remain competitive. If Goody Books were to consign their books to bookstores, they will have to increase their selling price by more than 100%. In order not to pass the cost to their customers, they have decided to sell their books solely online
through the Goody Books Online Store.
Alternatively, they can come to our office to purchase the books physically.
Where is the Malaysia Goody Books Online Store based in?
Our office is at No. 8, 2nd Floor, Jalan Putra Mahkota 7/8A, Pusat Bandar Putra
Point, Putra Heights, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Customers can
come in during office hours (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday) to purchase our
books. For customers who want to purchase the books after office hours, please
contact Maryline at 6 012 226 2274 one day in advance.

What are the payment modes?
For the Malaysia Goody Books Online Store, we offer three payment modes: Through
Cash / Cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit Card / Debit Card.
Should you want to pay via other payment modes, please email
sales@goodybooksonlinestore.com and we will work out a way.
Payment for purchase at the office is only via cash.
How is payment via Cash /Cheque (mail order) made?
Firstly, you will need to fill up a form
here . Upon that, we will send
you an invoice (which also contain instructions on how to make payment), and
also a small self-addressed stamped envelope. You just need to slot the cash or
cheque into the small envelope and post it. Once we receive your payment, we will send the book / books to your
mailing address.
If you post the payment to us immediately after receiving our envelope, the time
frame from the day you fill up the form to the time you receive the book / books
is about two weeks.
How is payment via Bank Transfer made?
Firstly, you will need to fill up a form
here . Upon that, you will receive
an email that outline our Malaysian bank account details. Please make the
transfer and once you have done so, click
here and submit the details. Upon verification, we will post the
book / books to you on the next working day. You will receive the book / books
within 6 working days.
How is payment via Credit Card / Debit Card made?
Firstly, you will need to fill up a form
here. Upon submitting the form,
you will be taken to a Paypal page: Please take note that you DO NOT need a
Paypal account to make payment. You can make payment directly from your Credit
Card / Debit Card. Once you are at the Paypal page, look to the left: there will
be a link for you to click on for non-Paypal members. Click on that, key in your
Credit Card / Debit Card number. Once we have verified the payment, you will
receive the book / books within 6 - 8 working days.
Is paying by Credit Card / Debit Card safe?
Yes, we dare to proclaim that purchasing our books via Credit Card / Debit Card is safer than using your card to pay the bill at a restaurant. In fact, we have invested a lot of money to ensure that security is tight on this website. In an event of an error in our system (which should never have happened), we will refund our customer every cent that they had lost if the mistake is pointed to us. Is there any assurance that I will receive my books in good condition?
We are a registered company (Company Registration Number: 201003344K) and have been getting good responses from readers.
You are welcome to pay a visit to our office at Subang Jaya, Selangor, to view
our books.

How will my order reach me?
The books will be packed and slotted into your address’s mailbox
via Pos Malaysia Berhad.
What is the 8 Days Money-Back Refund?
The 8 days Money-Back Refund is an additional service provided by us. In an event that
you request for a refund due to certain reasons, we will do it for you with no
questions asked (except for the first question of 'Why'). However, your purchase
must not exceed 8 days.
